Description:
The spline method. this method has two features: 1. The surface should be passed the data points. 2.The surface should have minimum curvature. This interpolation has advantage in creating the curves and contours with high visual experience. Implementing a post can create a spline analysis result resource.

Pixel format:		The pixel format of result raster dataset.

Resolution:		The resolution used in interpolation.
OPeration area:		Interpolate the points that are only in this region.
Search mode:
Search radius:	Max radius:		When calculating the z value in a location, all the sampling points in this range (the location is centre and the search radius is the radius) will be involved in the operation.
Min count:	Search count:		When calculating the z value in a location, N (N is a configurable value) sampling points in this range (the location is centre) will be involved in the operation.
